Hey you little tight booty, you… heading to the gym? Sure you are, where else!
By now, you’ve probably mastered all the essentials related to gym glory and you’ve been probably getting dates off of, it but just in case you are new to all of this, we’ll walk you through some of the essentials to pack up and bring with you.
Ready – Set – Go!
Bring in an attitude
Being conscious about the importance of having a good body and gym-ing is key to every successful gay lifestyle. In the gay world, hitting the gym isn’t just about hitting the gym per se; sure, you’ll get your muscles pumped and you’ll eventually look so good that even your trainer will start checking you out, but before all that happens, you need to make the gym your sanctuary. You’re heading to the gym to pick up a piece of hotness, get picked up and make a statement about the lifestyle you lead – it’s all about health, fun, and tone.
Don’t go in slouching

If there existed a gay rulebook, its First Rule would read “Never show up a sloth”. Looks matter to everyone (sure, inner beauty matters, too), whether we’re talking getting ready for a gala or your gym session. This is why you need to have some nice clothes for the gym, preferably branded. Naturally, you want them to feel comfortable so that you can actually do some exercises while in there.
Have the perfect shaper
Body shapers are the new it body accessory all over the world, and they’re gender neutral which we adore. Just as girls have their waist-trainers and what not so do guys have their body shapers that tone the body and emphasize all the right assets (khm khm). If you want to be ultra cool, it’s understood you’ll go for Leonisa shapewear; if, however, you don’t care what they’ll be saying behind your back when they see you half-naked in the gym locker-room, go for any other brand you like.
Don’t forget your hygiene kit

An after-workout-shower is a must, don’t even try to dodge it. If you have your personal locker at the gym, you won’t have to go through the trouble of bringing your kit each time you go for a gym session BUT – if you don’t – pack it up in your little bag and carry it around.
The essentials for skin care you can’t go without are: a shower cream, body milk, deodorant, toothbrush, floss, hair brush, hair gel and lip balm. If it’s hot outside, have a mini sun spray with you. Yes, pack a hand sanitizer, too as well as a pain relieving cream. If you’re a bearded man, don’t forget about your one and only must have – beard oil! You can also bring condoms, just in case. What?! Oh, please.
Always have mints
Mints are a number one thing to pack. You never know when your breath will fail you so make sure you have a mint in your mouth all the time. If you fear you’ll choke on it while doing pushups, planks, heavy lifts or just running, then skip the mint praxis. However, keep a pack in your bag for after you’ve taken a shower and all.
Have spare clothes

Taking a shower and wearing your sweaty clothes over won’t have any effect. If anything, you’ll just look and feel worse. Always bring spare clothes with you and a clean plastic bag to store the wet clothes (which you’ll wash immediately after you get home, obviously). Also, have spare sneaks for the indoor workouts; you don’t want to be that guy.
Keep the beat alive
While most gyms have awesome music, gays love their iPads and iPhones on display and their bud headphones in ears. Apparently, their music is cooler than what’s played at the gym so they simply must listen to their own stuff. Oh well – if it’s a must, it’s a must.
